Again, your frontal lobe, which doesn't mature until you are 24, plays a factor. It wouldn't matter the age, unless it's 24 or older. And any person wanting to wait that long is crazy. It's definitely about inexperience as well. If you only drove for 2 months, while another person drove for 2 years, who will more likely get in a car crash. Age doesn't matter here, because the experience would say that the 2 month driver, no matter what age, is more likely to crash
