Yeah I understood that but like the way the games are set up. How like the black guy from D11 came out of no where and saved her "just in time". And how they decided to put two winners out instead of one. I don't know to me it seemed a little bit cheesy. But the movie was still done very well overall.

Yes, it's like that in the book.
Maybe it didn't come across this way in the film, but it wasn't cheesy because the gamesmakers didn't ever plan to have two winners. Their plan was, as a thrilling finale, for one of them to kill the other. But Katniss outsmarted and made the gamesmakers look like fools by by using the berries, which would have left them with no champion. So they had no choice but to stop Katniss and Peeta and crown them both champions.
The next books are pretty much the fall-out from what they did with the berries - hence why at the end, Haymitch was like "you have to convince them" etc. They don't just walk off into the sunset.
