Once has a song has been out for 20 weeks, it is eligible for recurrent status. All it has to do is fall out of the top 20, and it hits recurrent land.

As far as I know, if a song is out of the Top 20 after reach 20 weeks on, it become a recurrent.

A song becomes "recurrent" after staying 20 weeks in the top50 on Mediabase.

"Toxic" estayed on it for 21 weeks, while "With You" stayed for 17 weeks.

Edited to say that I found out Outrageous add date has been changed to July 6th. Getting pushed back only one week.

I know this is not in conjection with the chart, but I checked the Britney I-squad, and it said her video for Outrageous is supposed to hit MTV June 28th..
