Perhaps Red meant they've not been in studio together? Not to backtrack, I'm sure of it. Because of his work and travel, only really Porcelain Black and few other artists he has equity in get his physical presence.

I don't even care how much pop-influenced this song is going to be anymore. I've always wanted more music with meaning and lyrical substance from her and it seems like we're finally about to get it so I'm excited. The genre really isn't that big of a deal to me, I mean it's clearly not going to be another Starships.
