She's Skylar Grey. Her first major song was with Fort Minor where she sang the chorus to 'Where'd you go'. She also wrote the chorus to all versions of Love The Way You Lie(there are demoes on Youtube). She also co-wrote Coming Home with Diddy and sings the chorus as well as you mentioned I Need a Doctor.
