Is there a limit to the amount of receipts threads you can make in Charts? I have one for Ellie and one for Sara Bareilles in her Base thread, but I want to make one for Tove Lo now.
If I posted a picture of a celebrity with a nickname on it, would that be reportable?
Of course. Any text in any image (gif or whatever) is considered as "written". This also includes text that has censored words explicitly written on it.

The guidelines for Charts state that ownership of receipts/stats threads operate in the same way as Base threads, which is 3 active (open) threads per user. Since you currently only have one, I think you'll be fine making another.
Marvin - your point has been reversed to a reminder. In the future, please elaborate on to why you find a video boring; a smilie can be seen as "disruptive." This is a FORUM after all.
For like the past three months, I thought that there was something wrong with ATRL because I got on one day and my color scheme changed from Ice Cold to Default even though I hadn't done anything.
Turns out my profile was set for Default, even though I have no recollection of setting it to that.
So happy to have my Ice Cold back. It's so much easier on the eyes.
