I think the way I do it is really impractical and there's probably an easier way but whatever
I use this program called handbrake to crop out the right part of any video (I guess you could use windows movie maker too)
and then I upload the video to

and on there, you can crop out like the square for where you want your avi and then it'll give you a link (you kind of have to filter out the from the html code they give you if you want the DIRECT link to your gif)
also, you might wanna try to crop it in a way where the little watermark doesn't show up idk how I did it
but yeah idk if any of that makes any sense or is worth it but I wouldn't mind
trying to make some for anyone here if ya'll want lol
