I disagree. It would have underperformed and TTAL too. The gp always takes long when it comes to P!nk. With BMOLK she was on the safe side.

With Funhouse she was lucky to have a monstersized hit like So What. I'm sure the expectations for Sober were high. That probably would have done better for a 3rd single.

But the art built around the song (the music video, the performances, the tour choreo with the bdsm thing, the single cover) was so real and original, it made me love her version too. I do think that if her version was closer to the original, Try would have been a bigger and more memorable hit, maybe even stealing the spotlight from JGMAR.

I know! Plus those pics with her and Roger recently. I'm not trying to get my hopes up, but I would love it and I think we will get a couple songs between now and the next era. Maybe in the form of soundtrack songs or features. I just feel like we will be getting something in between.
