Incorrect. If that were the case HTL would already be AT LEAST in the top 100, thanks to word of mouth. Clearly there is still a stigma against her name.
Idk who told you that two top 15's in a row meant radio jumps right on singles but that is not the case. Rihanna, Katy, Maroon 5 & countless other artists have had underperforming singles in between MASSIVE hits, regardless of the song's potential.
Selena may have had a DECENT hit & a BIG hit consecutively, but that does not secure radio presence. Many artists have promoted over a period of years to get to where they are at today on radio. Selena has already said that she's done with the WTSGD era. Radio doesn't just care about how great a song is, there needs to be drive, a proper push & more in factor.
That being said, I still think HTL can smash, but that a March 27 or April 3 adds date is a good idea to give LYLALS a time to die.
