I didn't where or who to ask this so I'm a do it here. There's this guy I'm dying to talk to (For the first time) but never get the chance and today I went to where he works because I needed something from there and as I was leaving in my car I saw him going towards the parking lot. I really wanted to drive back or around to go talk to him but I felt it would of been stalker-ish...so is it?
