I've said it before, but the only album I really don't like is Hard Candy. There's a significant drop between 11 & 12, and an even bigger one between 12 & 13.

Yasss at someone else who doesn't get the hype for American Life at all. Everyone here talks about it being really underrated, but I think on atrl it is really overrated.

It is still a strong nine. The top 4 are all really close together for me and then 5-9 all switch places regularly depending on my mood and sometimes the production on Music gives me a bit of a headache. I love it, but I really have to be in the mood for it to listen to it.

the only two that i can genuinely TRASH are hard candy and like a virgin

the only reason i rank the self titled so low is because it aged badly, but its from 83 so thats obviously

burning up though still a bop

Sort of same. My parents listened to like 80s radio while I was growing up so that was my main introduction to Madonna with like Holiday, Into The Groove, and Crazy For You. And then the next thing I heard from her that I can remember was like either Hard Candy or like Revolver tbh and then I had to fill in the gaps of the 90s and early 2000s.
