Her promo has always been pretty good. It was superb in breakaway and they gave you a lot of promo with All I Ever Wanted. Even Never Again had some heavy promo performances.
It's just they often drop the ball too quickly and it's more the decisions they make. Take long delays between releasing singles & Christina (NMT) as an example.
