Criticizing Obama over policy is fine, but Cornel was just asshurt that he wasn't included in Obama's inner circle. But regardless of how I or you feel about Obama, he remains incredibly popular among black voters overall and distancing himself from him (even by proxy) is not helpful to Bernie.
Though ultimately, endorsements don't mean much. I also think the influence of BLM is overstated. Clinton will win the black vote because Sanders is a Johnny come lately---can't just pop up on the radar of black folks after 25 whole years in Congress when you need a vote (and nobody gives a **** about marching with MLK in 1800...some Bernsters act like he was ready to take the damn bullet for him just because he was in the general vicinity

). Clinton is no saint but the Clintons have been around the block, they're the devils black folks know.
Bernie's best hope is that black voters stay home altogether, which is honestly not totally out of the question.
