She needs back her “old image” (and hair, lol) and release a ballad..
Yess. And she needs to stop acting sexy. She managed to pull it off before without trying, but now it seems like she's trying too hard.
The only ballads I think could be hits on the album are Love You To Death and We Just Go On. LYTD needs to be released next. Ballads will sell more albums too.
Boltonian funnyman Peter Kay has been announced as the host of this year’s Royal Variety Performance.
The comic will act as master of ceremonies at the gala show, which is due to take place at the Lowry Theatre in Salford Quays on 5 December.
It will be his second time hosting the event, having previously overseen proceedings in 2009, when the Royal Variety Performance was held in Blackpool.
Other acts set to appear at this year’s bash include a brace of musicians, including Pixie Lott, Cee Lo Green, Nicole Scherzinger, Tony Bennett and Barry Manilow; comedians Jason Manford, Tim Minchin and Greg Davies; Britain’s Got Talent winner Jai McDowall; and US magicians Penn & Teller.
This diverse group of performers will be strutting their stuff in front of the Princess Royal, though not the Queen or the Prince of Wales, neither of whom will attend this year’s event.
Popboi i read your post there and i laughed my head off..
"This quote, with a Cheryl Cole avatar is honestly hilarious"
"It would be, yes. Except that my avatar is of Diana Vickers"
"Oop. But it's hilarious for another reason now"
Pixie's bum was actually an accident, she was wearing like some short things underneath, and as she took the long dress from the other song off, the shorts went up:L

I don't think she needs a hit single at this point, she needs an album seller. Love You To Death needs to be the next single, even if it misses the top 15.
She probably won't be going to America this era, since it's flopping in the UK.
They have stalled the whole America thing for so long though. They were going to try with 'Turn It Up' but it never happened. Regardless of how this album performs in the UK, I actually see more potential for her in the US, even though it will be an incredibly tough market to break. The album is great, so it's really not the music she has to work on. She needs to develop who she is in the public eye as an artist to influence the way people perceive her, because people aren't recognizing her for her talent. They think she's just some "pop puppet" from Essex with a wealthy father who got her lucky with a record deal, when clearly she is so much more than that.
Pixie said in The Sun that it's not all about first week sales for her, she just wants to eventually sell millions of copies like Turn It Up did and carry on making music for the people who want to hear it.

Bless her.
Well that's true, longevity is more important. Hopefully she can stretch out this era like the last.
