Let's say, if a song somehow ranks in the last.fm group with
250 listeners, it will debut #01 on the Hot 100, (something that won't
happen). So if 1D had half of Rihanna's listeners they will chart
lower than Rihanna; but on the countdowns and Billboard, "What Makes
You Beautiful" is higher than "Where Have You Been", also, in the 1D base they're
making an "Award Show", and the base has been updated like crazy, so they
gain as many popularity points as Rihanna.
In the case of "Born to Die", the song doesn't appear that much on the
countdowns anymore, people have got over it already, they are talking more
about "Blue Jeans", so she only has the Streaming points (the last.fm's).
And 7.5 doesn't mean points, that means that 'Die' got the 7.5% of the points
the #01 song (in this case "Call Me Maybe") got in the week.
I hope I made it clearer.

OIC, I check the 1D discussion thread, "http://atrl.net/forums/showthread.php?t=172043"
around 100*20=2000 replies last week, so they deserved higher than "Where Have You Been"
250? Wow, around 3.5 times that of "Cal Me Maybe",
if we regard the weekly group listeners as sales on Billboard Hot 100
that sounds even harder to debut on the ATRL Hot 100 with only streaming point
than to debut on the Billboard Hot 100 with only sales point :
but it's impossible for a most listened-to song with only streaming point for a week
many ATRLers would discuss it crazily if it gets that popular on the group chart
so in fact, it's not that hard to debut on ATRL Hot 100
And according to another example, I mean "Born to Die" ranking that low on last week,
I would guess the Streaming point on ATRL Hot 100
weights far less than Sales point on Billboard Hot 100
So, as to your whole formula,
Because the group chart only tells us the listeners, and it's NOT the real streams
so personal countdown is needed to calculate the REPETETION of a song
If we combines them together as the 1st important factor on ATRL Hot 100
Discussion/mention point weights the 2nd, right?
and of course the BB Hot 100 ranking is only regarded as an additional factor
I don't know wonder whether I completely understand your formula
