Are you sure about that? Just because Jinkx is doing stuff under the radar and not performing at drag clubs around the world doesn't mean anything. The Vaudevillians was an off-Broadway show that lasted for about 5 months.

Courtney and Bianca are literally flawless. Milk is actually pretty amazing too. The only ones I wasn't feeling was Trinity K and Magnolia. Magnolia gives me Tammie Brown teas tho.

I think Sharon Needles has been/is the most successful winner thus far.
If Courtney doesn't win this season it will be a damn atrocity, she's miles and MILES ahead of all of them, she's multifaceted, multitalented, polished, refined, sexy, fishy, an entrepreneur, a singer, a dancer, a business owner, her resumé ALONE.
And honestly out of the previewed looks, she has the best of them. Her fish is unmatched in any of the seasons of drag race, putting Carmen, Vivienne and the rest of the girls to work in the mens department
She needs to tone down her shtick though. It's like girl has cobbled together a personality based on a Buzzfeed list of "Overused Drag Race Phrases" gifs and thought they were suggestions rather than critiques of cliche slang.

Thus far, yes Sharon wins. However Jinkx is the only one really taking steps towards building a career rather than just ride the hype. Sharon's smart though. So I could see her having continued success.
Jinkx shouldn't have won season five and the fact that she's done absolutely nothing of note or actual worth (and yes, I've read the essays here) just proves that. She's too unpolished, gimmicky and it's not even one that stands out in the crowd, it's been done a thousand times over, and even Ben is doing it better this season.
Detox was the true winner of that season, that's an original, bold and unique queen. Hell, Alyssa's about to get her own damn TV show, that's the power of a magnetic personality and star appeal.
Jinkx look is really busted but she was the most consistent contestant challenge-wise. Detox was really mediocre. She should've been sent home when she lip-synced against Laqueisha.

Detox got boring after episode 3 and she was my favorite coming in.
Alaska Jinkx and Alyssa were the true stars of season 5.
IMO, I'm cool with the Live finale, but I think there should be more than just the fan votes. I think before Ru sends them off at the final 3 week, she needs to give them the ULTIMATE challenge. (whatever that may be) They have go wait like 8 months before finding out who wins. That's plenty of time for them to create 5 looks a piece that will be unveiled in a Drag Runway Show at the finale. And maybe even work with other queens from that season in some sort of performance. It would be the ultimate final challenge.
