Yes because it is an urban show,aimed toward an Urban Market.
Despite what some of the queens say around here.The fact is,Triumphant is different and unlike anything out at the moment.It's straight up Hip-Hop and R&B.
Half these people on ATRL stan for pop girls like Gaga, Britney and Katy..who BTW are all apart of the generic electronic/dance music and bubble gum pop movement,so of course there is bias here.
Though the Urban crowd likes Triumphant,and overall the song got mixed reviews.
Again the production and the lyrics>>>>>> everythang ELSE!
The only thing that bothers me a
bit is the way they mixed and layered her vocals. It's like I hear powerful belting ,but it's so far back in the background,then they brought all the breathy vocals to the forefront.
But it would be awesome.
