Just curious, but where did you hear about this? And what exactly is this reboot going to do?
There's not going to be a reboot, he just meant that new types will mess up the whole competitive system of Pokémon, which is quite balanced right now.

The only one that pops into my head is Victini and Darmanitan (Zen Mode). It would definitely be a breath of fresh air to have a new Fire/Psychic seeing as there isn't that many.

Fighting is super effect against Dark, as is Dark to Psychic and Psychic to Fighting. << Thats what I meant. Its a similar triangle of types just like Water-Fire-Grass except for Dark-type being immune to Psychic rather than resistant.
I didn't actually mean to use the word 'advantage'. I don't know what possessed me to do so sorry.
I want them to focus on some type combinations that only a few Pokemon currently have. Especially ones with potential where the Pokemon that have them are crap.
