Let's be real, Overdose is the only smash worthy song left on the album. All the other songs are just NOT single material. They are moderate radio hits at best. Look at what's smashing right now on radio and on the charts, it sounds nothing like what's on Ciara's album. At the very least, Body Party was produced well and was released while Adorn, Love & War, and other noteable R&B bops were smashing and R&B seemed like it was making a mini comeback on the charts.
Her worst move is to use Read My Lips as a single when it basically won't smash on Urban. It has a shot on Pop and Rhythmic but she has a better shot with Overdose. It sounds way more fresh and it's good timing for a single like that. Giving me "Turn Me On' and "Starships" teas and that's what she needs right now, not another moderate hit that everyone will forget (granted BP won't be forgotten for a while because it's been one of the strongest R&B songs of the year but you get the idea).
