Sexual education isn't working. I think a cure is best. People understand HIV and no amount of education will stop them from bug chasing...they need a cure to take the thrill away.
What is with all these messy comments about "this is why straits hate us" and "not gays again"... The self hate is is really real. When a minority does something why is it attributed to the minority and not to the persons doing the behavior?
