I already knew this was going to happen. No surprise release ever goes as planned, im sure there were many times that would have been perfect for Bey & Rih to release but they didnt take it.

I dont believe this technical difficulty excuse because she has a recording studio in her house or could go anywhere else in California to record but I do believe there is something serious which they did not want to get wrong performance/music/promo/contract wise and its best to address it until its fixed. I also dont believe Britney would keep silent before dlropping a single even if it is a surprise. At the most she would tweet clues the week/day before. Also there is a lot of competition on the charts and radio and I am not ready to drop my coins just YET.

Oh well i aint preseed. We get a free award show performance.
