I have 3,376 Ke$ha plays on my last.fm, led by "TiK ToK" with 671 plays.
Cannibal is a rerelease. Even if they separate the new tracks like Gaga did it isn't going to be #1.
And who cares about album peaks, they don't matter, especially when Gaga mops the floor with Ke$ha's non-showering wig (note that even The Fame Monster - an EP with split sales!!! - has sold more copies than Animal in the US).

Anyways, Cannibal won't chart separately on Billboard unless it has the whole deluxe + EP deal like Gaga.
