8 and 25 were my thots too cause of H and Y being the missing letters in CYHPER
My other guess is that H=22 and Y=13

You are mistaken. First you need to identify the director. Then use a cypher to find the numbers.

You've already got a good amount of clues: you know the length of their name, and where the vowels in their name are placed. Once you get the name, it'll all click. Do your best
