She's just physically aged a lot recently due to her divorce with Ashley and his various affairs, almost dying of malaria, being fired from X Factor and the legal battle that followed, becoming emaciated following her divorce with Jean Bernard and her mother reportedly being seriously ill. It's understandable that she'd look slightly aged.
