Round & Round pretty decent... but this era seems like will be very good !!
I love the covers, she looks gorgeous ... and I have a feeling that "A Year Without Rain" will be, at least, top 25 at mediabase ... And the album top 5 !
Hollywood Records is being smart this time around by releasing the second single before the album release & so soon. Just as "Round & Round" is losing it's appeal on the Disney crowd (their attention span probably already has them over R&R), "A Year Without Rain" comes in to keep their attention & get those album sales!
The only problem is as mentioned before, R&R is actually climbing on radio now so it's a sticky situation for them. If R&R keeps rising as such a slow pace, I say send "A Year Without Rain" to radio on October 5th, just two weeks after the album release & a little over a month after the video & iTunes single release.

That might work. Just release it to the Disney audience before the album and then release it to the rest of the world after R&R is about to peak.
