Well, The Fame Monster EP went to number 5. The Time of Our Lives EP by Miley went number two. And I honestly think that Usher has no chance because of Katy and Eminem.

Usher could be a threat to Katy, but with re-releases and EPs, it's hard to sell enough to hit #1, especially against a full-length album. Most people will just download the songs they don't have. Sometimes, re-releases are unimportant to many people; therefore, they don't cough up the cash.
Yeah, but because of the length (38 minutes according to wikipedia), it's not an album. And I have no idea where those rules begin and end. We aren't even going to start on that haha

If Ke$ha could do 150K in January w/ only Tik Tok under her belt, Katy (household name, huge hits under her belt, most amazing promo ever) can easily do 300K.
