Hate to break it to you kid, but you get cancer because you have a genetic predisposition to it. Cancer = malignant evolution of cells, therefore anyone can get it because cells are always evolving. There's no such thing as being genetically predisposed to a vocal cord tumor. A tumor is a growth. Please learn some basic anatomy before trying to comment on anybody's intelligence, thanks.
