Imma have to fight someone at Target then, for a Deluxe copy.
i got mine this morning at Target.
i am teleworking at home right now but I have to sneak out at around 10 to get my copy before others did...I can see today through sunday as 500k but not Monday-Thursday.
the only way so save One Sweet Day's record seems to be Adele replacing herself with one of her other songs. The most likely best outcome right now for Mariah seems for Adele to tie One Sweet Day with Hello.
The album is too strong and with future streaming and christmas and other holidays around, Hello is going to continue to sell shatloads of copies in the coming months.
I can also see Adele staying at #1 with 25 for 20+ CONSECUTIVE weeks.
with now a very likeably 6m first week debut for 25.. who can predict the future anymore? Adele put natural laws of music sales out of order.
HDD: 2M+ a lock, Adele sales unlike anything we've ever seen
Regarding the early first-day response to the new Adele album, 25, the term “feeding frenzy” doesn’t sufficiently describe what's happening here in the States—and presumably around the world.
Early sales are unlike anything we've seen in the modern era. At this point, 2m+ is a lock. Can it break the 2.4m first week record? Can it hit 3m? Stay tuned.
Why?lol She is the definition of overrated. Her songs ALL sound the same, does not mix music styles, same old "I'm desperate for you, notice me" thingy....
