It's not hard to believe that some people don't understand the concept of using skin color is inappropriate. The whole idea of Halloween when you dress as somebody is to embody them, from their personality, clothing, hair, and yea skin is a part of their identity too. Only recently we've started spreading the idea of using somebody's clothes if they're tied to a culture is wrong.
Idk sometimes I wish that if it wasn't done with malicious intent and it's done in a tasteful manner it shouldn't matter if they use somebody's hair style or makeup but with the history we have it'd not really possible for some groups. Plus her ousfit is poorly done and she didn't put any effort into looking like Nicki besides going heavy on the spray paint
