Being a bigger artist currently is based on a mixture (album sales, single sales, airplay, social relevance, etc) and he currently is overall bigger than her.

Sis, he's four singles deep and has been pushing his album for a year now. There's no excuse for 70k
We'll see how well that social relevance affects his touring/global album sales because right now, it doesn't seem to be doing too much for him in the U.S.
