Artistry & Control:
In The Zone says hello. Not to mention she is the executive producer of arguably her most acclaimed album, Blackout. She's had a hand at writing & producing a majority of her work - a lot more than most pop girls & more than people give her credit for simply because she doesn't feel the need to brag about it.

She was also behind the conceptualization of her most iconic videos - Baby, Toxic, Stronger, Womanizer, Oops, Lucky - all her ideas. As was the Onyx Hotel tour. And she still puts forth her own video concepts as shown with "Pretty Girls". She's very much been in control of her branding & image throughout her career. Her label originally had a completely different route mapped out for her. Not to mention anyone who is a fan knows how often she's spoken out against her label until she had it her own way.

Charity Work:
Brit has attended countless charity events & even ran her own talent camp for disadvantaged kids. She's actually one of the most charitable celebs we know of.

Business ventures:
Performing on Broadway since before your faves could even talk. One of the most successful celebrity perfumes. Lingerie & clothing line. Books. TV shows & film... A Vegas residency. I'd say she's made fantastic decisions on the business ventures front & covered nearly all territory. The woman has been working since she was 3.

I cannot name a pop star in the game that has not cited her or her career as an influence at some stage. She has some of the most iconic performances in history to her credit. Not to mention she basically saved the American economy with her 2007 news coverage lol.
