I voted for Avril. But honestly even though I love Rihanna and she's one of my favorites, most of her albums are not cohesive at all, but i love her fillers lol.

J.Lo, Kesha, Rihanna ... singles artists basically. To be fair, Rihanna makes so many songs that filler is an unavoidable side effect. Jennifer though ... she's taken years off her music career and STILL comes out with albums that barely have 3 decent tracks on it to this very day. Thats just inexcusable.

Literally how. Even as haters, as they are all certifiably, I don't understand how out of this list they can have the nerve to say that Lady Gaga has less substantial album tracks than Selena Gomez or Rihanna.
The only song close to being filler on Loud was Complicated.
Unapologetic had Get It Over With.
Beyonce - most of DIL is filler, especially Hip-Hop Star.
B'Day was laden with it as well - Flaws and All, Freakum Dress, Suga Mama, etc.
I Am Sasha Fierce's entire first disk was filler, aside from the singles.
BEYONCE kicked off with filler (Pretty hurts, Ghost, Haunted, etc.)
Rihanna's albums have less filler than Bey's, Gaga's, and Britney's, and that is a fact.
Well Rihanna's first two albums were called mixtapes for a reason, then we add all the fillers/non-singles from the rest of her albums and there you have it
