Especially the part where he pulled out his gun....like seriously?
Cops are supposed to make people feel safe, and nowadays people are starting to fear them. It makes me feel bad for the good cops, because it really is an honorable job at the root of it, and its sad that their reputation is turning bad because of so many terrible, authority abusing cops.
It really should be mandatory for all cops to wear body cameras. Cops wouldn't do stuff like this if they know they're being filmed, people wouldn't be assholes and talk back to cops, and if they were, it would be on camera for everyone to see.
I know you're black boo. But either way, the white people have already told their side of the story. Even one of the parents who was there confirmed it. The cops' side is irrelevant because they've already been shown time and time again that they will make up anything in order to get their officer off the hook. They are the least credible source in this case tbh.
This seems to be a weekly thing in the US. How long are we going to keep going on with this mess before we as a country reform something that is clearly not working? It literally makes no sense that after the first set of incidents that change hasn't begun. Does at least one police station in every state have to make national news before change can happen? Like seriously.
Is the title of the original video accurate, or were cops called due to fights that broke out? I completely understand if that's the reason why cops were called, or if its in one of those neighborhood pools that require passes and it was a large number of people that clearly didn't have them. That doesn't excuse the cops' behavior, that's another whole thing, but yeah. I hate when people lie about this stuff.

I just want to know why they got called in the first place. But I can somewhat agree with you

They were called because of the fight. The fight happened because a white woman (I'm going to assume it is the fat bitch getting her hair tugged in that tweet) made comments telling all the black people to go back to their "section 8" housing.
The most upsetting part to me was that only one white person, a 14 year old girl, even tried to help/stop it. Everyone wants to say racism is dead but apparently when we witness it, we're just going to either film it or let the non-whites be scapegoats
I'm so sick and tired of these ****ing pigs and their blatant abuse of power and authority.
And those white folks just standing around and facilitating this physical abuse against a bunch of minors is just as pathetic. What a disgusting society we live in.
And then some heads wonder why so many Blacks and Latinos have little trust and respect for the police.
