Perfumes usually have a small percentage of alcohol in them thus making combustion easier and faster. Just spray a little perfume on anything, and fire would catch on it easier. I didn't tell him to empty the bottle on a burning flame. Very basic chemistry.

Besides, I said it's smarter to just donate the money and do a good deed.

Like I said, it's not safe to do at all. Don't try that at home folks. Alcohol does not burn steadily, the vapors ignite instantly. You can actually kill someone doing that
