Oh and I don't why you are bringing "they don't need a successful radio single", nobody is saying "it will flop" or something. We just don't find the song really good.

What I'm saying is that "lead single material" doesn't really apply here, because artists who pander to radio release their strongest song to gain airplay that helps move units. 1D is not bound by this. They can release whatever they want. They have the most loyal fan base of any mainstream artist(s).

not too far here. Their sales while still impressive have declined stateside because they couldn't get a radio hit. Look at what happened with Midnight Memories.
It sounds different to what I was expecting, even though it keeps a lot of similar elements of their past work.
Probably my least favourite lead single of theirs from first listen, but it's not bad at all. Probably a grower.
