Different states and different countries have different laws and definitions for rape, there's not one set definition. So YOU may think that groping is rape but most states won't recognize it that way.

This is quite sickening. So you're pretty much saying if a man/woman has an "impulse" and the other person "doesn't resist" they are not guilty? You do realize you can't just simply "resist" something like this.

I think that men should learn it first since men commit 99% of reported rapes. 1% and 99% make a huge difference, don't you think? That difference is caused by objectification of females and their bodies and rape culture. Men think they have a right to rape women because -inserting some **** reason like - they are drunk/ they are wearing skirts/ they dare to go back to home from work at nigh[t. Men think that no means yes (and Blurred Lines is a perfect representation of that). We know that psychopaths will be always around and rapes will always happen. But if all rapes were caused by vile psychopaths, then the difference between male and female rapists wouldn't be that big. So yes we need to teach men it's not ok to rape women.
