Are you kidding. America is the biggest market in the world. In truth, If you don't make it in the United States, then despite the fact that you may be known in Europe, you wouldn't be making it much in the music industry at all. The US is the main market. It is at the center of the Entertainment world. This is the one market that European artists would be very interested in conquering and not the other way round.

Not true Kylie minouge has sold over 60 million records with out the backing of the US has had some pretty big tours and has been in the music biz for nearly 30 years!

And yet Kylie doesn't feel big. I wouldn't have known she was that big if I wasn't here on ATRL. Not so many know her here in Asia while most of the biggest US acts are pretty well known here

That 60 million is really inflated. She's probably sold 35-40 million at best and even that's putting it nicely.
