im not surprised. gaga always releases promo photos that have potential to be AMAZING album covers but chooses horrible ones as the official album cover. IE:

born this way outtake that could have been amazing album covers.




artpop promo photos that would have made AMAZING FLAWLESS album covers

These covers are horrendous..... Then again, if Gaga had a say in it, I'm not surprised. Her album covers have been messy since Born This Way, although even that one was bearable. The covers for ARTPOP and Cheek to Cheek are TERRIBLE, though.
