Not everyone paying D&H dust because Bruno has another hugely successful album this decade, 3 songs from D&H made the list of the best selling digital tracks of 2011 WW with two selling +10m and it's still charting higher than most of the albums that came out during 2010. I am pretty sure it has surpassed the 7m copies WW by now.

Red only had two hit singles, I don't get why it's on the list. The Truth About Love was more successful.
Because it sold over 6 million copies WW? Why is Loud there? It sold around 5 million. How does having one more hit single than Red make up for the 1 million+ sales difference? Remember that 5 songs from Red went platinum.

TFM EP sold 5.5M in 2010, TFM Deluxe (TFM + TF) sold 2M-3M in 2010
TFM sold 1M in 2011
Which is 8.5M in those 3 years, making it easily the 2nd biggest era after 21. But are you talking about albums released this decade, or just most successful this decade .. ?

It's also got a score of 63 on metacritic which yeah, is lower than BEYONCÉ but I'm sure that does make up for the 6mil sales difference. And not you trying to discredit the sales when it's literally the 2nd biggest album of the decade album sales wise, has 2 smash singles (both Diamond in the US). The album also has the impact of being the first album to sell 1 million digitally in the US. And oh yeah, a positive metacritic score.
edit: It also spent 7 weeks at #1 in both the US&UK as well as 27 weeks in the top 10 in the US
