Bump it up a little. It's not about ties. Give #1 at least 5x the weight of #15.
I love counting systems which don't do the terrible generic "20 points to #1, 1 point to #20", but you just went the other extreme opposite

i have a question.. i've made my list, but how are we judging One-Man Bands like Owl City or Daughtry?! well maybe not daughtry but is Owl City under consideration?
Also Jon Bon Jovi?!

EDIT: read the rules, i see that Bon Jovi and Daughtry will both have to be entered as Jon Bon Jovi and Chris Daughtry, cuz they DO have solo material.
but i guess i'll skip them cuz i dont think anyone else will think of them, plus they're kind of in the Grey Area!

No, with the current amount of rates is enough, there are more than 300 different artists
