This season has a more "throwback" type of theme - it's almost identical to CAL2. After things started getting so complicated and everyone was talking about how much they've missed CAL2, it just made sense to simplify things once and for all. CAL Convention is just a new place for promotion. Since over the weekend all of the charting business is taken care of... I figured we should have some "place" where the artists can go to for promotional purposes. It's supposed to help everyone in a way And GMA + Magazines are free, only the specific TV Shows mentioned in the OP cost points
