That person probably failed at copying whatever link they were supposed to send and it instead sent the last link on the clipboard... can you imagine, being that employee and realizing you just tweeted THAT photo to the world? I would DIE. I would be so pissed if it was the employee before me who copied that link....

Whoever sent the tweet did it intentionally. Either a disgruntled employee or a hacker.
