After Hola is installed you can see a fire-like icon on the top right corner of Chrome, turn it on and change your flag to the US one, that way your view will count as a US one.

I have a suggestion as well. You know, people use ask.fm a lot nowadays. So, if you search for "ask.fm" on Twitter, you will see a lot of people exporting their answers to Twitter with their account link. So, if we would spam random people's ask.fm accounts, some of them would bother to watch video for 30 seconds + amount of Americans could somehow help. Idk, just my thoughts.
