Flashing Lights' Weekly Top 30: Chart Analysis for the week!
Thanks for the people who commented so far. Here is my chart analysis for the week for
4-13-08 to 4-19-08. Well Mariah for the third consecutive week is #1 on my personal
chart. Mariah breaks yet another record, as she stays for the most weeks @ #1 on my
countdown, breaking Britney Spears' two weeks back in March with "Break The Ice".
Keep breaking those records MiMi!  And guess what? Mariah breaks yet ANOTHER
record as she is the only artist to have two songs in my top 10! Obiviously, "Touch My
Body" at #1, and her HOT single with T-Pain called "Migrate"at #8, and is the greatest
jumper on my chart! And I should say she breaks the record for having the most
records broken, but I think I'm going too far there.   Let's get to Lil Wayne with
Static ( ) and "Lollipop". Before Thursday, "Lollipop" was gonna stay at #7, but
something amazing happened on Thursday afternoon: Z100 ADDED "LOLLIPOP"! I
was estatic, and it was going to #4, but then the next day, it made a debut at #4 on their
9@9!  Then it would go to #2 with "Increased Air Power" for the reason mentioned.
GO WEEZY! There are two debuts this week. Simple Plan has the hot shot debut
with "Your Love Is A Lie" at #15, and since I'm not a "rock person", this is an amazing
feat, because the song is amazing. The other debut at #23 is Chris Brown with "Forever".
And for the first time ever, there is a re-entry on my chart as Mario re-enters with "Crying
Out For Me". The song grew on me again.  Onto next week: Can MiMi hold on tight
and break her own record to stay for week #4 at #1, or will Weezy take the top spot
with "Lollipop". It'll be very close, and you'll find out next week!
