I agree with you very much, she's still missing the chemistry she had w/ Jimmy Jam and Terry up through AFY. "Tonight" might be her saving grace though. But I'd really rather her just go away and stop chipping away at her once remarkable legacy.
You really are a very rude person..All your comments about Janet have been so spiteful that its becoming ridiculous. By now we all know how much you HATE Janet cause that is EXACTLY what your words are projecting. We are talking about a woman who is a legacy. She was the first female to chart at the top of the billboard album charts and she paved the way for so many incarnations in the pop world. Do you just think you can just set that aside? You obviously have no idea what you are talking about. Feedback is at the same quality level or even better quality than some of her signature past hits including specifically the 'pop tinged' All For You. People are just not listening to it because they are L-A-M-E..Thats it...Also for your information..her legacy isn't a "WAS"..she IS still the remarkable legacy that she will always BE..Stop trying to think you can put Janet in her place..She's done it all..soo too late..She ain't got nothing to worry about..That is something some of you need to realize..
^you're in the minority here, and the reception feedback is getting only reinforces my argument. you can go ahead and think i'm a rude person even though i'm not. you really just don't like what i've got to say about janet. i am entitled to say things about her though because i know she's capable of much better. i don't respect the woman anymore, i think she's lost her touch and needs to stop degrading herself. if she likes sex, than more power to her, but do we really need to pay to hear her have a 45 minute orgasm again?? does she really need to inform the world that she likes cockrings? nope! i respect you and nuroad for defending who you like. i defend who i like and i criticize those who deserve it. trust me, i have been extremely critical about sheryl crow at times also so pretty much everybody is fair game...even me. you can go ahead and bitch about me all you want. i'm a nice guy but i'm stubborn w/ opinions so dont try and force me on them.
R&B star Janet Jackson will perform at the Grammy Awards on February 10th! This has been just confirmed by dancer, Blake McGrath, in a recent interview with MTV Canada's "e2" show. CLICK HERE to watch the interview. The part where he announces this is about halfway through the video. He just let it out! lol. So after all Miss Jackson did have some surprises for us! This will be her very first live performance of "Feedback" and what better place to do it that on the music's most famous awards. I soooo can't wait to see this! Thanks Becky!
HOLY! this performance has to be hot and then she has a chance to fly up the charts! Just one thing... Janet, please.... no wardrobe "changes" on stage lol... we don't need another "Damita Jo shunning" on our hands
Janet Jackson Will NOT Be Performing At 2008 Grammys!!!
Quote:
January 23, 2008. Earlier today MediaTakeOut.com reported that Janet Jackson was scheduled to be performing at the Grammy's Awards show next month. Well it turns out we were wrong.
Janet's representative, Patti Webster, told MediaTakeOut.com that Janet will NOT be performing at the awards show. Tells Webster, "Right now, Janet's focusing on the release of her new album Discipline. While she may attend the Grammys, she will not be performing."
oh well, better luck next time... at least i can still hope that Madonna is going to perform at the Super Bowl with 4MTSTW like rumored.... unless if it is also denied now too... which i'm sure it probably will be.... but who knows...
