Yeah, but i've seen people discriminate against Latinos on the basis of race despite the face that they were both the same race.

Yeah but society (at least in the US) for the most part views them as a separate group of people from white people so . Anyways my point is that there are clear differences in their achievement so I think its okay to view them separately
It was a legitimate question though (although maybe it was just said to troll) It matters because I know that a lot of black people (it's a program for african americans) at my friend's college get a free (or cheap) education for those who are poor and with bad grades to motivate them. So graduation rate is much more important to establish who is more educated.
