The first week was iTunes exclusive, and I can give you at least 5 counties that no do give sales when it's iTunes exclusive. Therefore, that is wrong.The physical copy of Beyoncé also isn't even available in Asia.

Sony has confirmed she has sold at least 2.5 million and with 1.4 being from the US, she has outsold Katy WW as well.

In totals BEYONCE outsold Prism but the sales outside the US are the same. Bey just sold more locally.

No promo BEFORE the Album dropped, but after it had the whole iTunes banner, TV commercials worldwide, massive Internet Promo, etc. She didnt' have discounts because the album has 14 songs and 17 videos at $16 and that's cheap considering Artpop and BJ deluxe editions are only 1 dollar cheaper than that.
