On top of that, he doesn't answer reasonable questions. He said his personal biases do not effect hart position so I asked reasonably how on earth a promo song with no official video, poor sales but had a performance aired on youtubed ended up at #8......... Streaming does not weigh more than sales or views.
It's all very well and good to claim your personal biases do not effect your job but at the end of the day if someone comes at you after that claim and asks you to explain it to them on a reasonable mathematical level and you can't......
That speaks volumes. There is a reason little monsters are not happy about Bill leaving Billboard and it's not because of his professionalism.
If a fan of an artist is worried about an employee of the charts leaving - That also speaks volumes my friends.
