I don't have time to name all of the records she's broken and the history she's made. The most significant achievement, imo, is being the best selling female of the 2000's

Ke$ha TiK ToK is the best selling digital single for a female/solo artist second overall behind IGF.
TiK ToK holds the record for most digital copies sold in a non-debut week (610,000 and 3rd overall behind WANEGBT and Right Round on which Ke$ha is featured)
TiK ToK broke the spins record back then but I don't remember the exact number. This record is now broken of coirse but it was vey big on pop radio.
Ke$ha is the only artist to occupy the #1 and #2 slots on Hot Digital Songs at the same time with her first two entries (TiK ToK and Blah Blah Blah - #1 and #2 respectively)
Also, I don't know if this counts but TT is the only song in the history of The Simpsons to have a special episode dedicated.
