As already explained. The tracking weeks do not match up resulting in different first week numbers than itunes reported.

You guys realize not every country has charts and even the ones that do may not report sales figures? I know Oricon (Japan's music chart), for one, only gives sales figures for physical albums. Some music charts also may not have gave their sales figures in time for Mediatraffic to count them

Mediatraffic may not be 100% accurate but it's as close to worldwide sales as you can get
